Working mobile prototype: report, geotag, media, offline queue, sync, map, alerts, contacts.
DRDM backoffice console: triage, verify, escalate, DIMS monitor, CAP composer.
Data model (20 tables) with CAP v1.2, GeoJSON, ISO 22324, tamper-evident audit built in.
Full technical proposal: approach, architecture, security, workplan, risk register, team.
12 diagrams and wireframes, plus scope overview.
Reference and CV forms filled, and a costed milestone plan.
